Case Dismissed Appointing the Judge Trustee
The charge was an F6 felony case in the State of Indiana. I used the motion for discovery/ conditional acceptance/ motion to dismiss documents from Youarelaw.org
Primarily, I did my own DUE DILIGENCE to over-stand the information in the documents you presented in the folders. One must truly over stand for true remedy! I “expressed the trust” and noticed them of myself as the beneficiary and not the surety in the case. I then “accepted” the charges for value, offset & setoff, then appointed the judge as my trustee to fulfill their fiduciary duties, and ordered him to settle the account by way of discharge/ dismissal/expungement! I sent everything via Registered mail to the clerk of the courts and boom! It was over.
