Cops say “stand down” when dealing with me now!

This is one of the most powerful and well told stories in a long time…read the whole thing. THIS is how you get immunity. This is after a series of tools implemented including knowing your rights, basic procedural understanding, syntax tools, and followed by a pending Federal suit against a lot of folks in the area.

Hello TJ wow, have I got an update for you.

~9-November-2019, I was traveling in my automobile, and had just merged onto the Interstate-5. I was in the fast lane and everyone was doing 80 mph as usual. I happened to notice what I thought was an unmarked law-enforcement vehicle. Eventually I was within 2-3 car lengths of the vehicle, by this time I was following at 90 mph. Everyone one else in the right-lane ( slow-lane) slowed back down to 70 mph. The officer of this unmarked vehicle flashed some yellow lights on the back of its window 3 separate times over the next mile or so, and I am thinking to myself, what does that even mean. So eventually the vehicle slowed down to 70 mph and merged into the right-hand lane. I passed with caution and the officer and I exchanged looks of “WTF” on each of our faces. So I thought to myself, you know what, today is the day. Lets try this again and put all the marbles on the table. Lets see if they will pull me over, and if my new passport will work and get me out of this. So I speed up to 75 mph, and the unmarked-Oregon-State-Trooper moved over the left lane and started following me.

Now to be fair, they probably didn't recognize my automobile due to the fact I had put a license plate on the rear of the vehicle. Normally, I travel without one and they don't bother me anymore, but I ended up finding a nice USA flag-license plate with the pledge of allegiance on it. So I added it to my automobile with a smoked cover holder because it looks good. Anyhow, I proceeded to go about my business, and sped up to 80 mph and then 85 mph, when I finally hit 87 mph, the emergency lights came on. So I looked around and didn't see any emergency.  As I changed lanes into the right-hand-lane. I slowed back down to 80 mph hit my emergency flashers to notify the officer I see them, and proceeded to travel another 6 miles or so. I eventually pulled over at Creswell, Oregon near a gas station. The first place I felt comfortable and safe.

Wow, did the officer jump out of the vehicle and arrive at my window in no time. I had enough time to put my window down, pull out my passport, and get my phone ready to record. What happened next is mind blowing and caused me not to hit record on my phone. This is the first stop in the last 4 pullovers that I didn't record. I was so dumbfounded at what happened next, I forgot to push record. The officer peered through window, took a look at me and looked like she was about to vomit, and at the same she mumbled “oh sh.. it's you.” I forgot to hit record, sorry all, that would have been nice one to have on recording.

However, this gets better still.  I said ” do you want my papers?” To which the officer replies “No, have a good day.” This all took place in under two seconds from the moment she looked inside the automobile window. Wow, I was free to go, but her name tag caught my attention, and I couldn't help myself, so I said ” Shelly? Shelly S_____?” Then she took a real good look at me, and it sunk in. I couldn't not have asked for a better scenario. The Oregon State Trooper said “hold on”, and radioed in a code with the words to “stand down”.

Then she proceeded to acknowledge me. You see, she was the first officer to ever pull me over after I voluntarily gave back my license to the State. That case was originally dismissed before I pulled a no show and didn't show up to trial by testing out a legal theory, lol.

With her attention back on me I said, hey I need you to testify for me in a Federal case I am litigating. Now she pretended she didn't know what I was talking about. Do remember she took one look in my window and said “oh sh>> you”, have a good day.

The reason for that reaction is, currently, I am litigating a federal lawsuit against multiple police officers for violations of constitutional rights during a previous traffic stop. My auto, face, and name have been passed around to all the agencies to leave alone, just as Carl Miller talks about in his videos (see that course on our Premium Member page if you are one).

I brought her up to speed and made sure I had a number to get a hold of her, in case my suit goes to trail. Picture this. A state trooper testify in federal court to the judge and jury, that she pulled me over and arrested me with no issues all by herself, but somehow when 5 officers surrounding me, they needed to use force and taze me 3 times before arresting me. LMAO!!

So after a 90 second traffic stop that was over in 2 seconds ( I kept the conversation rolling), she says “well the reason I pulled you over today is because you were following me to closely. Have a good day.” I went about my business by leaving. As I was getting on the I-5, sure enough, the reason she called in the stand down is showing up, and they didn't look happy as I was driving off, and they all looked at me and I looked at them.

Yeah, it was a good day. A day when all of the training at YOU ARE LAW, paid off, and it proves to me that I will get paid out in my federal suit, and that is why the defendants attorneys told me to start thinking of a number to make this all go away. Fast-forward to ~6-January-2020, and the judge granted me permission to proceed with my ongoing federal lawsuit, after the defendants motioned to dismiss.

I cannot stress enough the importance of the syntax course, the jurisprudence course, the Erwin Rommel course, and the Carl Miller Constitutional course combined as TJ recommends. You need to learn and practice by reading, studying, and writing. I continually go through those courses and learn something new each time. God bless TJ, and his ministry (Youarelaw.org), as it has provided me with the knowledge my heart was seeking.

Thank you TJ.

Sincerely, Brent A. of Eugene, Oregon
