Quick Credit Score Improvement Process – in 3 Easy Steps
Go to these 3 credit sites, fill in their information, and choose “other” or “litigation as the reason”. Just fill out their online dispute form – regarding each creditor reporting any item on your credit report, causing your credit to be damaged.
You may first need to subscribe to a credit monitoring site that lets you and see all credit bureaus details. Privacyguard.com is pretty good and has a lot of solid tools. Not all credit monitoring companies allow you to continuously get 3 bureau updates, which you will need.
In the Reason or Comments box choose OTHER or LITIGATION(if available), then…Then insert this exact statement below in the comment box:
“LITIGATION – I have not been supplied proof per doctrine of estoppel by silence. Engelhardt V. Gravens (mo) 281 SW 715,719. I presume no evidence of the Alleged Debt therefore exists”.
These are the 3 sites to set up and then send disputes through:
EXPERIAN – https://www.experian.com/ncaconline/creditreport
EQUIFAX – https://www.equifax.com/personal/credit-report-services/credit-dispute
TransUnion – https://www.transunion.com/credit-disputes/dispute-your-credit
Each company has their own process and timing. Consult with them for their additional procedures.
Stick to it and keep following up for status. After a while you may have to repeat this process more than once, to keep working the credit file until cleaned up.
