I was sued by a third party debt collector. I had a zoom call because of my Covid situation about a month ago.

When they asked if I was there, I told them I was making a special appearance as a living man and beneficiary for the ALL CAPS NAMED ESTATE in this matter. Then they said the court reporters feed went off and they would have to reset. If you stand up and know who you are they have no standing.

COMMENT – This is common when you use private remedies. They will not acknowledge it on the public record. They come up with an excuse (like clockwork). At first it appears you are not winning, then….
