They Terminated Collection Efforts in First Round

Another Delete Debt Success Story

I Just received this notice today (Oct. 8, 2024) from a collection agency that was hounding me.

Just got this notice today from a collection agency that was hounding me, and actually reported it on all three credit bureaus when I sent them the first notice.

They removed it from all three credit bureaus at some point (never notified me of that, nor did any of the credit bureaus, or credit monitoring services that I pay monthly, but they sure did let me know when they initially put the negatives on my credit report.

Now they are no longer trying to collect on it, and they’ve sent me a letter stating, “this is to confirm that we have closed our file and terminated collection action.”

I studied contract law at Penn Law, and Yale law long before ever becoming a Youarelaw.org member. I used to do this with a 98% success rate until the scam-demic/planne-demic came, then the scumbag attorneys were relentless as the courts at the time allowed anything to go. I’m back on it though.

The pretender lenders like Wells, JP Morgan Chase, Discover, Capital One etc still keep lying and still haven’t removed anything from my credit reports. So, I’m going to send them one last opportunity to cure, after that I’ll be filing lawsuits against them, but I wanted to get this success story over, so your members don’t give up. Whatever you start, see it to the finish to compel the performance you desire.
